Given the Icon’s amenities, location and style, we live in what should be the preeminent luxury complex in our area. Unfortunately, we do not. Many home owners believe it’s because our Master Association and The Boards of towers 1, 2, and 3 have been unable to address our property’s critical problems, manage the condominium’s expenses with efficiency, and communicate with owners in a transparent and trustworthy manner. As a result, a number of Icon Brickell owners have formed the Icon Owners’ Group (IOG) to advance our interests on the respective Boards of the three towers and the Master Association.

We want to create a transparent board that openly communicates with Association Members and which values the opinions of our community. This survey is intended to reach out to all owners and residents to give everyone a voice. We want to hear about your experiences, your concerns, your priorities and what you like improved.
